- Release of Liability
The Lessor 2 Moms with a Bounce is NOT responsible for any injury occurring to Lessee or to any persons using the leased property. The Lessee further agrees to hold 2 Moms with a Bounce LLC free and harmless against any injury claims or property damage. By accepting these terms, you indicate agreement with all the provisions in this lease and acknowledge that you will read, review, and follow all of the General rules posted on the rented equipment for Safe Operation
- Deposit
2 Moms with a Bounce LLC requires a $50 deposit on all Bounce house rental and Games. All deposits are non-refundable unless due to inclement weather. You can request to reschedule.
- Inclement Weather Policy
Our weather cancelation policy – A 100% refund including deposit for weather-related cancellation made at least 48 hours before the start of your rental/event. 2 Moms with a Bounce LLC, at its discretion, may at any time cancel the rental of equipment should weather conditions become unsafe for the equipment and/or its participants. The Lessee is responsible for monitoring weather conditions throughout the time period of their rental duration. No Refunds will be issued once an Item is delivered. If 2 Moms with a Bounce LLC. determines cancellation is necessary, we will refund your deposit.
- Loss or Damage Policy
Responsibility for All Rental equipment remains with the Lessee from time of delivery to time of pick-up. Please be sure equipment is secure when not in use and is protected from weather. You will be charged for damaged and/or missing items. Renter assumes the entire risk of loss, regardless of cause. If items are lost, stolen, damaged, renter will assume cost of replacement or repair, including labor costs.
- Equipment Responsibility
No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the Inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean. No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Inflatable. (Please note these products will cause damage to the Inflatable that cannot be repaired). If the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition other than normal use, then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge.
